The highly anticipated Apple iPhone 11 is now live and Trademore is here to talk to you about iPhone 11 features and what to expect from this addition to the Apple family. For starters, Apple released three versions of this new generation of iPhones —the iPhone 11, iPhone 11 Pro and the iPhone 11 Pro Max. Below we’ll cover some of the major differences and advantages.
Select from fun and new colors with the Apple iPhone 11 series, such as Green and Purple, or stick with some of the classics and enjoy the White, Black, Red or Yellow. The Pro versions, however, steer away from the more vibrant collection and stick to neutral shades in their selection.
The biggest difference between the previous iPhone models and the iPhone 11 series is the new processor they boast. Apple’s new A13 Bionic processor claims to have the fastest CPU and GPU in a smartphone. This means Apple iPhone 11 users can count on a device that is 20 percent faster than the previous model, and more energy efficient than ever before. In addition, you’ll notice that the iPhone 11 is smaller in comparison to the Pro and Pro Max, coming in at a 6.1-inch LCD display in comparison to the Pro’s Super Retina XDR 5.8-inch and the Pro Max’s 6.5-inch OLED display.
In addition, if you’re looking for extra storage, the Pro and Pro Max versions come in 256GB or a whopping 512GB, which should be plenty of storage to stream your favorite shows, take pictures and capture all of your important moments. Of course, you can also get the default storage of 64 GB on the 11 if you don’t need a large amount of storage.
One of the most noticeable differences on the iPhone 11 series is the new camera technology. The iPhone 11 has two cameras (wide and ultra-wide) while the Pro and Pro Max have three (wide, ultra-wide and telephoto). The iPhone 11 camera has dual 12MP Ultra Wide (ƒ/2.4 aperture) and Wide cameras (ƒ/1.8 aperture). On the Pro and Pro Max versions, you’ll also enjoy a 12MP telephoto camera, giving users 2x optical zoom in and out as well as 3x digital zoom.
Some exciting new features that you’ll see in this series are selfie and nighttime photo taking capabilities. Apple’s new “Night Mode” artificially brightens low-light photography. You’ll also have the chance to use new lingo with this release, as the Apple iPhone 11 now boasts a “slofie” capability, meaning a slow motion selfie, allowing users to take a slow motion front-facing video of themselves.
