If you’re making the switch from an iPhone to an Android and recently purchased a new phone, you’re probably wondering how to transfer contacts to another phone. There are a few different ways to do this, and thank goodness, none of them involve manually typing anymore. If you don’t yet have a Google account, you’ll need to set one up in order to use this method. To do this, you’ll go to the Google homepage and select “Create Account.” If you already have a Google account set up then grab your iPhone and launch the Settings app. Follow these steps from here:
Now that your iPhone contacts are synced to your Google account, switch over to your Android device and log in to your Android phone with your Google account.
Another simple way to transfer contacts to another phone is through iCloud. First, you’ll need to ensure iCloud is enabled through your iPhone using these steps:

This method is the most tedious and we only recommend using it if you’re not transferring many contacts. Simply go to the contacts section of your iPhone, select a contact and hit “Share Contact”. Again, this is recommended only if you plan to transfer a few contacts.
